How do you report them - just got a call from them - got a business name and mailing address in SC, even though the number was a TX number. Said I owe a payday loan. They are wrong!
They called my landline with an automated message saying that a complaint was filed against me and I was being served documents. Within minutes, I was notified by others that the same number had called and left messages at a family members home with the same message. I remember having this same issue last year, just with a different number. The exact same message was left, that they had legal papers to drop off at my place of business or home address, told me to call them back. I called them only to hear multiple foreign accents in the background with a lot of typing. They give no information of who they are, the alleged complaint, how they obtained your number or social or anything else. They threaten you, they threaten to ruin your family financially, and one goof even threatened to "serve my attorney" if my attorney attempted to contact them. Really?? What a moron!
These guys are fraudulent. They are not legit! I have come to find out that they have been reported to FTC (numerous times), consumer products commission and police. Do NOT call the number back, it will only result in them calling two or three times as much. They change their number often using phone companies to route them. They are not legitimate!
Derrick or Eric called and left a message on my phone saying that they received a fax order regarding a complaint filed against me. They have been retained to serve me with documents to appear at either my residence or my place of employment. If I have question to call 210-446-4227. It is a scam, BEWARE!!! Dont give out any information to them. Because they are fishing. Plus they said it was a robo call.
I've been getting the same call for nearly 2 years now. They sometimes claim that there have been 2 cases of fraud used in connection with my social security number. They always claim that they are going to serve me at my place of employment or home. I'm assuming this is one of their scare tactics. When they first started this BS, I called and asked for the cause number of the alleged lawsuit that they claim they are going to serve on me. The woman woman was arrogant and bullying with me until I asked that question. Then said she never said that there was a lawsuit filed. I said "You JUST said that to me and I want the cause number so i can look it up". (For anyone out there getting these calls, demand the CAUSE number of the alleged lawsuit and ciyt or county that they claim it is filed in. EVERYTHING is online now. You can look these lawsuits up online). Anyway, after I demand the cause number, she started stuttering and stammering because she knew that I had caught her in a big freakin lie.
The scammers stopped calling from that number, but I've gotten almost identical calls from about 6 different numbers. This is the latest phone number to call and leave their BS lies. Don't believe it. If it was true, they would have served me with their lawsuit 2 YEARS ago. (And I'm sure I would see this on my credit report. I don't) I just block their number on my cell phone when I get a new SCAM call.
Whoever think they will get something out of me is STUPID! This is not once or twice, it's the same message over and over again. But GUESS WHAT PEOPLE, they ALL call from out of state number. My message is "I WILL KEEP ON ADD THE NUMBER TO MY AUTO REJECTION LIST!"
There was a call from this number. Wanting a Nita Lindstrom said they had papers for her. Nita Lindstrom does not live here now or in the past 10 years.
