How do you report them - just got a call from them - got a business name and mailing address in SC, even though the number was a TX number. Said I owe a payday loan. They are wrong!
This is a scam!!! I have received multiple threatening voicemails. Basically, they are trying to find somebody that does owe a debt and take their money. Dont do it! They are trying to tell me I owe a debt that was paid off years ago. They will not give me their address or even business name. I called them back and they said "you already told us you want to go to court", which I never said. I asked again for their address and the guy told me "you dont need our address and I am going to make a note telling my coworkers not to answer your phone calls anymore". If only they were a legit company and I could make a complaint. Hard to do so when they are a complete scam!!
Same thing false claims of serving papers blah blah blah...same thing happened last year from a different number and the year before that and on and on
I received a call from 210 446 4227 from San Antonio and it is GVS Financial, and it was a place that had my name and they wanted to serve me papers. I blocked the number
I spoke to Rebecca Mayes - said they had received a complaint in their office for $1034 debt owed to a payday loan (Ez money), I explained that she would need to speak with my attorney on this. I then asked for the company name again and the address, she said if I wasn't going to cooperate they would just garnish my wages, and hung up. SCAM city! I actually called back and it took several times of being hung up on by different people, when I would ask what their company name was), but I finally got a lady named Ms. Michelle. She gave me the company name as GBA Financial Solutions - 162 HWY 273 Lake Wylie, SC 29710, which of course is NOT a real address. She said I owed Ez Money $672.10 - they can't even scam people for the same amount of money - too funny. These people are constantly calling me from a different number, about every other month, and I go through the exact same crap with them. Someone needs to find them and shut them down!!
