How do you report them - just got a call from them - got a business name and mailing address in SC, even though the number was a TX number. Said I owe a payday loan. They are wrong!
recorded voice showed RAA, LLC. When I talked to them they said they were GBA Financial Center. Gave address of 168 Hwy 273 Suite 141, Lake Wylie, SC 29710. Once they learned I was an attorney, they hung up. I called back and they threatened they would charge me with harassment for repeated calls. Asked for my Bar # which I didn't give of course and they said that that was against the law.
Don't give these bottom feeder any info. They will try to scare you into serving you papers at your place of employment or home. They will NEVER show up. Ask for the papers to be served and see how fast they hang up or if you want to play their game, stay on the line and pretend you are interested in sending them money. They get pissed real fast.
