How do you report them - just got a call from them - got a business name and mailing address in SC, even though the number was a TX number. Said I owe a payday loan. They are wrong!
they called m and they got all upset because i chose to prank them back 150 times. they arejust some youngins who are to damn lazy to work at McDonalds.
I keep getting messages from this number 210-446-4227
They are saying that there is a complaint against me, and they want to serve me papers. But I don't have business in Texas, never lived there. I saw all of the posts on here, and glad I did. I had a feeling it was a scam. I will be blocking this number. Hopefully they will stop freakin bugging me.
Received a call from this number saying that they received a fax order that a complaint had been filed and I will be served at work or my residence. I called them back and told them to stop calling me, they verified my name and number. If they call me again I'm reporting it to the sheriff and FTC. Hope I didn't screw up by calling them back.
Got a call today from these people. Scary thing is that they have my social security number! Claimed I took out a loan in 2011 and gave my ex-daughter-in-law and some other woman I don't even know as reference (never happened!). I'm going to the Sheriff's Office tomorrow to report them to the Fraud Dept. I checked all my credit reports and I do not have anything on any reports about this so-called loan.
