Just got a call from 213-333-3206 claiming the whole "your gonna crash your computer" "using microsoft windows" "sending error reports" stuff. Told him it sounded like a scam and ended the call. Looked up the number and well you know the rest if you are reading this.
Same as above, [***] with a bad accent... malware blah blah blah when I told the guy off for being a thieving [***] and I wasn't stupid enough to give him any info... he responded by saying "well, I f*cked your mother twice yesterday" and hung up on me...
I have received numerous calls from these bogus idiots!! I got the same thing...you have problem with your Windows on your computer...it is sending error report to us. We are the technical dept. My response is ..really? and your company name is? ...he says...Windows. I could hardly keep it together. I said...no, really...what is the name of the company that makes Windows? He was getting a little annoyed with me...He said...your computer has problem...I said...the only problem I have is you...calling me with this bogus bs. Next time I got a call from them, it was a female. She mentioned to me that Microsoft was not who had her to call, but Windows did. Wow! She said that Microsoft was only a manufacturer, but that they had nothing to do with Windows 7, Windows XP...etc. Are you kidding me???? Needless to say, I got a great chuckle out of that.
I JUST GOT ONE!!! [***] this man, I'm only 17 and they scared the [***] out of me. Basically everything the other people said. They scared me so much about how my couple thousand dollar computer would crash and I JUST GOT IT, so I started crying bad and the man (yes, all had middle eastern accents) slowwed down his rant and said "Take care, okay? I'm sorry, We will leave you to be. We're sorry... Take care, etc."
ALSO, they were trying to sell me the protection software for 299$ but I was like "I'm only 17, poor [***] family, I'm still in school, family no speak English, no job..." and he was like "Hold on..." Came back like 5 seconds!! OH THAT'S A LEGIT NEGOTIATION, damn [***], but anyways, he came back was like "Oh, girl, you're under 18? We have a policy, we got you discount, only 199$!!!!! "
