Call from Cleveland, OH; suspecting telemarketer, i didn't answer. No voicemail message was left. Am grateful for clarifications on this site, confirming my suspicion.
Very pushy and rude when I pressed her to just tell me the name of my network to prove what she was saying then it was"I don't have access to that information, I have a unique id from Microsoft." Then actually called me back after I hung up saying she had to because of the serious nature of the problem. RUDE
I received a similar call moments ago. Caller wanted me to be at my computer. I politely told her that I did not like where the call appeared to be heading and hung up.

Got the call stating they were a microsoft company. They said they were getting errors from my PC. I told them I had a MAC computer. He said he could transfer me to there MAC techs. I called back vmail answered saying the call went to 480 216 4158.
Another call from someone with an Indian accent pretending to be from Microsoft wanting to access my computer. I told him to go have sex with an untouchable.
