Call from Cleveland, OH; suspecting telemarketer, i didn't answer. No voicemail message was left. Am grateful for clarifications on this site, confirming my suspicion.
Said network security company getting messages from my computer. I've found that if I speak jibberish with an accent and repeat the same jibberish line to same question they ask, after a few tries for an "English-speaking" person, they'll hang up and not call back.

This is a scam trying to get you to give them authorization to remote into your computer to gain your personal information.
SCAM SCAM SCAM Windows wanting access to your computer. They keep calling, then call with different numbers. What i ended up doing is SAVING ALL THESE SCAM numbers to my address book giving them titles like Scam Window, scam win2 etc so i know not to answer phone
