My caller said he was from "WINDOWS Support" not Microsoft. There is a difference. Microsoft is trademarked, copyrighted etc. windows is not and can't be. Anyone can say they work for windows, Microsoft is a different story.
He got all huffy when I called hin a "pakistani scammer". In retrospect his English was so good he is probably Filippino.
I reviewed a call from this number it was a man with an Indian accent. He said he was from Microsoft. I told him to stop calling (I had a call last week stating my computer was going to crash). When I told him to stop calling he just started spewing a bunch of curse words. I hope these jerks get what they deserve.
foreign guy called asked for me by last name and said he was from the technical department. told him he wasn't and to take my number shove it up where the sun doesn't shine and told him not to call here again if he did call back he would hear from my lawyer and f you and hung up. I don't fall for scams
Got a call from 218-520-4673 yesterday. The young fellow with a Indian accent said he was calling on behalf of Windows Tech Support.
After the standard crap about a virus on my computer I decided to screw with him. I managed to keep him on the phone
a little over 10 minutes "15 is my record" before he threatened to Barr my computer from the internet if I didn't do
as he said.
I politely told him to Go F himself and he hung up. I was happy and he was pissed, standing by to barred
from the internet.
