They called and said they were my grandchild who was in jail and needed money to get out. He supposedly traveled to Florida for a funeral and got arrested for a DUI. He said a lawyer would call back with details. A "lawyer" called back a couple minutes later with additional details about the arrest and said he called grandpa because he didn't want to call his mom and dad. We said we needed to call his mom first to make sure. He was home in bed, and calls back to the number went direct to voicemail.
Received call on my cell phone which I've registered not to have telemarketers call. It's some kind of health insurance. Call came in at 7:15 pm on 1/12/2010. One cannot call that number. What gives with this company?
I got a call from this number as well around 11:45 I did not answer and they did not leave a message and called back but blocked my number and the operators comes out to check the number again... strange...
