Got a call from them for the past 3 days. Called it back once, they won't tell you who is suing you. They give you 3 options, pay off your debt, do a monthly payment which is more or go to court. It's a scam.
Got a call from the same number leaving the same exact voice message - calling for "blank" for case # " blank" stating they will be "finding me and serving"me at my place of employment or home... States to call back about "several" legal matters against me- complete [***]. I had gotten a call before stating the same thing- they said they were a debt collector.. Gave me a company name for a "loan" i got which was bull- couldnt validate me.. Said the debt is in collections so i hung up and called the credit bureau and i have NO collections in my name. I am blocking this number too and will be taking this to the sheriffs office. - everyone else on here should do the same.
Same experience as everyone else. On the message, it went silent when it was supposed to say my name ("this is a call for..."), and then it went silent when it was supposed to give a case number. As someone who has worked in the case filing of collections, this does not seem legit.
I've gotten this call for weeks and my ex-fiance got it, as well. It's really sit because I'm a teacher and concerned about then coming on my job. How else can I ensure that this is not legit?
