Got a call from them for the past 3 days. Called it back once, they won't tell you who is suing you. They give you 3 options, pay off your debt, do a monthly payment which is more or go to court. It's a scam.
They've called me so many times and I have blocked them. Its a total scam because I owe nobody money and Ive lived in Arizona all my life. Never been to michigan. Its a scam dont fall for it or give any if your info to them.

Enormous scam. So let me get this straight: you're gonna come to my work (lol--I got this call more than once when I was unemployed, ffs) and yet you a) do not provide a company name (legally required); b) do not have my name; c) cannot provide a case number; d) have not mailed me anything. Meanwhile, LEGITIMATE collectors (to whom (alas!) I LEGITIMATELY owe money) send me a monthly statement, know my name when they call, and always provide the legally-required statement "This is an attempt to collect a debt. All information obtained will be used for that purpose." But somehow I'm gonna call YOU back and give you my personal identifying information. Yeah.....nah, bruh.
Don't fall for it. Don't lose a minute's peace about it. It's a scam.
No company name, being sued, going to go to my employer if I don't call them back and refer to reference # they didn't give one, been retired for 12 years!
