I've been getting calls from these people from different random numbers for about 2 years now. I'm sick of it and I want it to stop. So I tried to track them down.
I ran a basic WHOIS lookup on the site my-elite-services.com someone provided.
This site definitely looks like it's a template site that's not even finished but the idea is to try to add credibility to their scam.

Contact details shows the webmaster as Pranjal Mahant who goes by the name "PJ".
I don't know that this guy is at all in on the scam but he is at least the web developer in charge of this site.

So we know this guy is the web designer. He also probably knows who this scam company "Card Member Services" really is and where they are located. Which is rumored to be in Florida as well.
Someone should call this guy and see what he knows about this scam. The number is correct and recent. He posted an IPHONE for sale on Jan 11 at http://www.market4free.com/classifieds/ads/for-sale/phones-mobile/18973696 with the same number.
