Got a call from this number today ,would not talk to ans. machine, I tried to call back got a message ,
your call did not go through what givs here,A SCAM//???
call from this number has called twice asking to speak to my dead grandfather, wont tell me why they are calling but just hangup. first time they(female caller) called i told them he was dead and started to ask why they were calling but they hung up, called back 2 hours later different voice(male caller) and asked for him again. i told him i was his grandson and he hung up on me. i then searched online for this number and im led to believe this number is some sort of medicare scam from another country as both callers sounded foreign.
Person said they were calling about a new medical card for senior citizens. I told them I was no medicare eligible, and they said they were from the National Health Organization. I asked for more specifics, and the person kept restating that they were calling about a new medical card for seniors. Person had a thick accent, Indian or Pakastani, and did not answer any questions. I asked to speak to someone in charge, as I did not understand any of this. The person hung up. I tried to call the number back to determine who they were, but it went to a disconnected recording. I am going to refer this to the Federal Government and my local representatives.
