Who called from 4152516983

This number has called multiple times saying this is janet smith with the IRS and if i dont call her back they will take immediate action...why and how they got my number is beyond me..what is there to do for them to stop caling me?

Recieved 4 voicemails from this number. Julie smirh was the recording stating we needed to call back as soon as possible because it was a timely matter and then when we called back they couldn't even understand why we called to verify this was legit. Bull.

I received this call twice this morning starting 6 AM. If the didnt wake me up, I wouldn't believe. I was terrified at first, but then I thought that if a call is from IRS the caller ID should say IRS. this one was OUT OF AREA. We should report these people to IRS

I received 3 calls today, first one at 7:24 am. I called back and the guy claims his name is Karen Scott and that I can call Kenneth Webster head of restitution to avoid my arrest in 2 hours. This is ridiculous! He wanted my name so I said if you are calling me and claim to have all this information on me, you tell me my name!!!

Just got a call as above, with "Contact your attorney of record and have him call us at 415-251-6983." There was a warning to act immediately before action would be taken.  This seemed to be a robo-call, except the robo accent trailed off until she wished me "have good day" like a valley girl. She was identifying herself as Agent Julie Smith.
