Just received a recorded message from the "IRS" about a pending court case. No mention of my name, state, or what it
was about. I was suppose to call the local courthouse and call the number 425-298-9553. I did neither. I got on google
and checked on the number. I found this site and was glad it was nothing but a scam. Seems like they like to call on a
holiday, it is Halloween today. Sick people!
IRS scam alert. I received a call today from 425-298-9553 Ray Fleck...in Kirkland, WA. The guy had a thick accent, possibly (Jamaican) and told me he was an IRS officer and the IRS is filing a lawsuit “on” me at the “courthouse.” He said they audited my tax returns from 2008-2012, there were many “miscalculations and misrepresentations” and the IRS was suing me for all sorts of violations, including fraud. He refused to give me any details. He told me one of two ways to handle this matter. Pay now over the phone or fight in court and stated I would lose. Complete Scam
Received 3 messages over the last few days from this number, WE DID NOT EVEN BOTHER with it. We have assumed that the caller is looking to get your social security number.
I received the same exact call on the morning of Oct. 25th, 26th and 27th from 425-298-9553 about a court case filed in my name and it would go to local courts if a call was not returned. I called the number and it was answered by an automated answering machine. Scary.

Received a call today from 425-298-9553. The [***] said his name is office "Shawn Davis". He didn't give him IRS badge id. I asked him so he said 100118147. He said that the IRS was suing me with a lawsuit for the following
1. Violation of Fed Tax Regulation
2. Violation of Internal Revenue Code
3. Theft by deception
4. Woeful misrepresentation.
They said i owed the IRS$3253 and if I paid right away, then this lawsuit would be settled.
I asked a lot of questions.
Said, this was about my audited tax returns from 2008-2012. Said an IRS officer tried hand me the documents by knocking at my door in May and June, but no-one was available. He said i had to be on the phone with him...ie a cellphone for the next 45 minutes and he would give me an address where I could go an pay my dues and would get all the docs. He said if i hung up, then the law enforcement would should up at my door in 30 minutes and I would be arrested.
This guy panicked and said..."This conversation is over" and hung up
I asked him my address where the office went. The guy gave me some BS address. I said ur Indian accent is very bad, and your English is very poor. I know the IRS to be very polite and courteous and not extortionists.
