He requested the new number, I refused, he started to give me a hard time but then hung up.

Aegis Capital assuring me it wasn't a sales call (but it was). Wanted to set a time to talk to me about investment opportunities. Contact was unsolicited and was on my work line. They also called me on my unlisted cell from a different number (516-781-5672). Both my work and cell are on the DNC registry. Whether or not it is legit (may be), given it was not solicited and ignored my DNC wishes it is not someone I would care to do business with. However, they were very polite at least.
