So I got a call from 516-355-6233, the caller was an older female asking for a donation for the "Breast Cancer Survivor's Fund". She asked if I would support the organization again and if I would let them send out a mailer, only if a "pledge" a donation. I declined. I used *67 (blocked my number) and dialed the number back. The message was for the Long Island Park Police..., I also called back the number without *67 and the message was for the "Breast Cancer Survivor's Fund" The voice on both messages was from the same male voice. If the same number to 2 different "organizations" isn't suspicious, I'm not sure what is.

After waiting a minute someone got on the line and asked for a mr or mrs skoldorrza and there is no one here by that name. I think they are looking to see if a house is occupied.
Caller ID says EFLS. They are a telemarketer calling on behalf of the PBA. But the way she said it, I don't believe its the actual PBA because she mentioned something about State Park Police. Anyway she mentioned that we had given in the past (BS) and wanted to see if we could increase our donation to the $50 level to get the gold badge. I asked what percentage of donations go to the organization and she paused for a moment and said that "after all expenses the organization is guaranteed no less than 20%". I told her that was way too low and to remove me from the calling list.
Incidentally, about 3 minutes before this call I received another call from EFLS but with the number 516-355-6235. That call was for the Breast Cancer Survivors Foundation....
