The do not call list works well with legitimate businesses. The "card services" scammers are far from being legitimate---they're out to cheat us by trying to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers.
I wonder what "second and final notice" really means, since these losers never stop calling. They changed their number, but same scam. The last number they called from was 616-613-2100.
If we keep reporting them to the FTC @ 1-877-382-4357 something will eventually be done, but only if we make as much an effort as the scammers who keep calling... I have not heard from Rachel in a long time.
I know these people are scammers, but can't we sue them for not doing what they said they would do?
I bet there are a few ambulance chasing lawyers out there, ready to make some fast cash taking these crooks to court...but be careful... I bet there are some lawyers just as crooked as these scum bags.

The druggie card service scammers make it difficult to identify and locate them, because they use all spoofed (false) numbers, and change them often. If legislation, which is currently underway, passes, to outlaw spoofing, they will not be able to hide from prosecution. These lowlifes aim mainly to cheat the elderly and the gullible. In the meantime beware of these scummy creatures, and warn others before they are taken advantage of.
