I set up an appointment & picked late afternoon so they would get caught in rush hour. A local guy shows up and hands me a card for Monarch Builders (CA Entity Number: C3621536) with a contractors license number on it. I told him I was expecting someone from Superb Builders (CA Entity Number: C3520533). He said it was the same company and showed me a bunch of pre-printed folios that contained their insurance, license number and other stuff. I don't get one of those until I sign a contract. Now I have enough to take them to court.
At 10:48 am received a call from 415-883-1212, caller ID reads Howard Norma and they hang up a few seconds after answering the phone. At 10.54 am received call from 650-262-1906, caller ID reads Home Center. Woman stated that her father was a contractor and would be working in the area. I cut her off and stated that the number she's calling is registered on the do not call list, they are not to call this number again and hang up.
I believe the calls are connected, first call to see if you answer and the second to give you a sales pitch. I will be post this message under complaints filed against 415-883-1212 also.
Never leaves a message. Calls repeatedly. I picked up the call today and asked if I was the homeowner and when I asked who was calling the female hung up on me.
I just got a call from these guys. They claim to have talked to me yesterday and were wanting to set a time to come by to do some work on my house. But I never spoke to anyone and the house is not mine !!
I keep getting the calls from them...Sometimes they hang up, other times they want to come over to do some free estimates on home improvement. I told them to take this number out of their list but still keep calling.
