I set up an appointment & picked late afternoon so they would get caught in rush hour. A local guy shows up and hands me a card for Monarch Builders (CA Entity Number: C3621536) with a contractors license number on it. I told him I was expecting someone from Superb Builders (CA Entity Number: C3520533). He said it was the same company and showed me a bunch of pre-printed folios that contained their insurance, license number and other stuff. I don't get one of those until I sign a contract. Now I have enough to take them to court.
Young man calls, obviously a telemarketer. I was polite but firm. "who are you and why are you calling?" saying he's with home design center wants to speak with the head of the household and asks for him by name. I say please stop calling because we are on a do not call list and don't appreciate calls during dinner hour(5:30). He says "[***]," hangs up.
I got a call from this women she called herself to be Angelo Rose from 650-262-1906 she wanted to know what kind of construction I have and she was very rude she called twice I told her I am going to report her to Government. Watch out for her she can find where you live and how you operate and she could be operating from a Gang in Fremont a shop that sells tools and saws the owner's name is BOB and they may break into your house as they are also Locksmith. You may want to report this call to police department.
These dirtbags have called on and off for the last year using spoofed numbers including a fake 650 area code--block them, report them to local PD, and complain to the FTC and FCC
Just got a call from this number - caller ID shows "Home Center." Girl claimed she was following up on a conversation my husband had with one of their representatives last August about remodeling on our house. I told her it was a lie - that my husband IS a contractor so to suggest he talked with them about remodeling our home is ridiculous. She continued to argue with me so I hung up.
