I came home from work and had a message from this woman stating that I had to call this number and gave me this phone number to call back on. something about being a state and legal problem and I had to use this case number she gave me. Then she said I had to call back before they started legal action. My boss told me if if was legal action, they would contact me by mail and not leave a message on the phone. Apparently this is a scam, so i just didn't call it back. She didn't give a company or even an lawyers name. if it was a legal situation, they would of at least given the name of the lawyer or attorneys office name.
received a call yesterday from Madison Maddox says she was from oracle and alliance one. Called my workplace saying it was a civil matter. I owe nothing the phone number this time is 742-242-5212.
Called said I had twenty four hours to contact them or a case in my local town would be filed on me. For an old payday loan. But I thought if you owe and someone wants to collect they have to send you some type of paperwork that they cannot demand money over the phone. Plus they are calling way from new York. O think it is something funny about this
They contacted by ex-husband and told him that I was using his ss# for my own personal use. I am floored that companies can do that and get away with it.
