I came home from work and had a message from this woman stating that I had to call this number and gave me this phone number to call back on. something about being a state and legal problem and I had to use this case number she gave me. Then she said I had to call back before they started legal action. My boss told me if if was legal action, they would contact me by mail and not leave a message on the phone. Apparently this is a scam, so i just didn't call it back. She didn't give a company or even an lawyers name. if it was a legal situation, they would of at least given the name of the lawyer or attorneys office name.
I just got a vmail from a Harvey Randall of Oracle Financial Group stating that he is a investigator and the US Marshalls will be coming to my house to take me to jail if I don't call them back within 24 hours. He also called my daughter who is 16 years of age and started threatening her then proceeded to call my mother who was at work and threatened her stating if I don't pay anything they will be coming to take my whole family to jail. This company is a fraud and is trying to gain money for the holidays. They are very sorry people who are going to hell and its only a scare tactic to have you pay them. I tried calling back and I received a answering machine. The company you owe money to will send you something in the mail but will never call you and threaten you. Sorry we have to go through all this before the holidays. SCAMMERS!!!!
A very unprofessional vm stating Steven Black from my county process servers will be out to serve me. And stated you have been notified and to call this number 716-650-4649 which I called to see what it was and it was a recording belonging to Harvey Randall with Oracle Financial group. Well that was Tuesday. so far nada, had same trouble last year around this time of year with another outfit in Dallas saying same things.
