I came home from work and had a message from this woman stating that I had to call this number and gave me this phone number to call back on. something about being a state and legal problem and I had to use this case number she gave me. Then she said I had to call back before they started legal action. My boss told me if if was legal action, they would contact me by mail and not leave a message on the phone. Apparently this is a scam, so i just didn't call it back. She didn't give a company or even an lawyers name. if it was a legal situation, they would of at least given the name of the lawyer or attorneys office name.
Hi I'm starting to receive phone calls as well but the person who's calling is name supposedly Dominick I was wondering how did you resolve your matter and if you've already done so what was your end results?? He's calling from 716-809-8253 and has also called my job.
Instead of asking questions from some random poster that wrote that 5 months ago and will probably never see your post, not to mention probably doesn't know any more than you do, take the time to read the other posts in this thread there are several that are very informative. One even on this page. Tamianth. CWG40, and Alfalfa have all made excellent posts telling you what you need to know.
These folks are truly a hot mess...not sure whose worse them or dtrump...at any rate i did what i do best and basically called them on their own sh*t by using the same tactics they use on others...needless to say they wont be calling me anymore if they know what's best...im the kind of crazy that the FDA aint approved the kind of meds needed for it...go jump on that "didnt believe it" ...we know you're one of them...
You have been scammed! This is not a legitimate organization. They use intimidation tactics to collect non existent debt. This number calls my office REGULARLY. Woman ( I believe she said her name is Joanne) threatens to have me arrested if I don't pay some unknown debt. She won't give particulars, only that it is $200.00. Even. Funny thing is, when she asked, I gave her a name that was not mine, but still there is this $200.00 debt! Hmmm. Best yet...she claims to be calling from the Sheriff's office somewhere in NY State. I'm in Canada. I keep hanging up on her. She's not too smart. She keeps calling back. It's a great distraction!
