I came home from work and had a message from this woman stating that I had to call this number and gave me this phone number to call back on. something about being a state and legal problem and I had to use this case number she gave me. Then she said I had to call back before they started legal action. My boss told me if if was legal action, they would contact me by mail and not leave a message on the phone. Apparently this is a scam, so i just didn't call it back. She didn't give a company or even an lawyers name. if it was a legal situation, they would of at least given the name of the lawyer or attorneys office name.
A person named David Hamilton from this phone number has called me and my work and it's been very very very very rude. Jeopardize my job position there. I have recorded his phone calls as he Sais is a recording mine and telling me to grow up. I need to know who this is from
Read the earlier posts, this is a debt collector scam and some states have laws about getting called at work, look into that but definitely ask to not be called at work again
I received a call from a Shaun Page or Oriacle Financial Group. Telling me that "we have tried contacting you several times." (This is my first time getting that call)
He continue by saying "There has been a formal complaint on you" (he then gave a case number)
He continue by saying "we will be meeting you in person and you'll need to forms of ID"
Then he said "you have been warned" and hung up.
That sounds like a threat so I saved the voicemail and will be contacting the proper authorities.
Im getting the same calls this man talking about they going too take me too court jail he very aggressive harsh demanding me too give him my bank information and the call was from James Sullvian thats true you cannot issue a case over the phone against someone .
And i never gotten emails or documents in the mail he said i did he swear up and down i got mail i know i havent gotten mail i check all my mail emails not a one i call a Attorney he said i told him i gave him my bank card information he said why would you do that he said call and cancel your Card now i said okay.
