I came home from work and had a message from this woman stating that I had to call this number and gave me this phone number to call back on. something about being a state and legal problem and I had to use this case number she gave me. Then she said I had to call back before they started legal action. My boss told me if if was legal action, they would contact me by mail and not leave a message on the phone. Apparently this is a scam, so i just didn't call it back. She didn't give a company or even an lawyers name. if it was a legal situation, they would of at least given the name of the lawyer or attorneys office name.
I received a voice mail from Oracle Financial Group, 716-343-6592 0n 11/06/2015. The caller identified himself as Allen Maloney and identified me as the defendant in a case ready to be filed for fraud in my county in California. He also had the last 4 digits of my SS# and said that I or my attorney should call him back and ended with "good luck". When I entered the number at 800notes it directed me to 716-242-5202. I'm sure it is the same people and the same scam. Thank goodness for 800 notes or I would have been a nervous wreck!
Im getting calls from 7162423490 mr john white he asked for me let him know i was at the store i can leave a message for me said there was a case of fraud. Gave me a number which was the same one they called from and a case number. Reading and doing research learned this might be a scam but i do owe some loan companys. But found out its illegal for them to pose as fraud and that my da from my own county should serve me but i also understand it isnt a crime to be in debt. Please let me know if this sound right it sounds like every scenario but with a different name and number?
