This is clearly a scam. Caller said her name was Annie Johnson. Her accent was incredibly thick, and she spoke in seriously broken English. Dept of Legal Affairs my a$$...

Tonight I too received a call from Annie Johnson @ 760-335-6113 Department of Legal Affairs with US Treasury. Said she had final notification of legal action that was started under my name and even suggested that I have our attorney call them for me. I didn't call back...
Must be a scam, got a message from a guy says his name is Kevin Dexter from Department of US Treasure that I have to call them back and I'm in need of legal console. Needless to say I'm not calling back
