Who called from 8562040652

I have received 2 calls on my cell phone and 1 call on my office number.  When I answer, they as if I am so and so and when I say yes, they hang up

I got a call after lunch today and the person (man) with an acient asked is this my name and i said yet he hung up i tried to call back but message said the majic jack phone # you are calling has a message box that is full....

I got a call on my office no during lunch.  the guy (with an Indian accent) asked for me by my first name.  when i asked who was calling he hung up.

Got a call at work from this number on a co-workers line.  Asked for me by name.  My co-worker called me over. When I answered this is (my first name).  He asked: (my first and last name)? I said yes and he hung up.

Someone with an accent I believe to be African called from this number stating they were from UPS.  They said they had a package to deliver for Amber Peterson.  I said there is no A Peterson, my name is A Patterson.  He then said oh yeah that is the name I am looking for.  When I asked for the tacking number for the package he hung up.
