FYI, in Memphis, this organization has ONLY spent 12% and 30% of its budget on program services for the previous two years. The bulk of monies go instead to adminstration/management. I'd rather donate to an organization that provides over 70% to the program services, not one like NAMI.
This number used to identify itself as NAMI. Two days ago it showed on my caller ID as "Out of area" and yesterday it showed as "CLOTHING PICK U" It hasn't called yet today, so no telling what it show up as next time.
I worked for NAMI Memphis for 3 months. They paid me good money to do a job. My job quickly became solving a crime. It my own way of saying that things were unorganized to say da least you couldn't find anything in der. I feel so much better than to be caught up in dis mess. I can't believe that I worked for dem. It hurts my soul to tink I got my spitural hypothetical hands dirty wit dem.
