Caller ID was "FINANCIAL CTR". Message left was about: "reducing credit card interest rates to as little as 6% if I owe at least $3000 and one card is in good standing."
If we want to complain that is our right. And we should not be forced to go spend money on a call-blocking phone. The FCC and FTC should do their jobs!!!!!!!!!!
This is maddening. They robo-call my cell phone every day. Isn't there a law against that? I hear that cold callers are trying to get that law repealed b/c many people no longer have land lines, thereby shrinking their robo-harassing opportunities. The sad thing is that people must fall for their sales pitch b/c they wouldn't do it if there wasn't a buck in it.
they call my cell and my home almost every day say this is rachel with card holder servics.

I'm with you all, these worthless filthy despicable scum dinged my cell phone today; I sometimes try to only answer numbers I recognize, but at times I'm expecting an important call and can't really be sure what number the legit caller may come in on. So I answered, was CHARGED air time (there's no other choice with TracFone, nor can I block calls), heard the beginning of the scam and hung up. Oh, I'd like to lead them on to get enough information to help the FCC/FTC/Attorney General/etc., find and prosecute these criminals, but I hate spending my own money (cell time) to do what will probably be thoroughly ineffective.
The rancid scum who not only flagrantly ignore the DNC lists, but call CELL PHONES which cost ME money deserve a very special place in hell. And us victims need to be compensated the full value of their company and personal assets (before they go to jail forever).
