Caller ID was "FINANCIAL CTR". Message left was about: "reducing credit card interest rates to as little as 6% if I owe at least $3000 and one card is in good standing."
I get repeated call from this number asking to improve my credit card interest. when asked which card they are talking about... they will not identify themselves and when I press the issue,they hand up.
I have discovered with these scam artists that their robo call message doesn't start until it "hears" a human voice say "hello". I've picked up my phone and said absolutely nothing and after about 20 seconds, it automatically hangs up. And then I report each and every number they use to the do not call complaint form.
Received a call from this number today. Since I did not recognize the phone number, I didn't answer the phone. The caller did not leave a message. The call came in on my cell phone. I appreciate all the info that has been given about this number.
Contact the FCC at this website: http://www.fcc.gov/complaints. They will investigate if they receive enough complaints. In addition, they send you information on how to sue.
