Left message claiming "second enforcement action" blah blah blah. CID comes up as Battle Ground, WA. Courts do not operate by calling people to appear from a garbled spoofed phone number. You must be properly served in writing, and communications will be in writing and there should be a valid phone number for a court of jurisdiction. In short, ignore these morons and block them.
message on machine said it was a call from Steve Underwood and this message is intended to contact you regarding an enforcement action (then it was muffled sounding- U.S blah blah and then I could hear the message again) bringing it to your attention and ignoring this will be n intentional second attempt to avoid an issue before a magistrate judge or a grand jury or federal offense. I repeat 360-667-5950 contact me.
On 5/24/16 at 9:15 am I received a call from a Mr. Steve Underwood. He requested I contact him regarding an enforcement action; then, his message became garbled. His message then became clear and he stated, "bringing it to your attention and ignoring this will be an intentional second attempt to avoid an issue before a magistrate judge or a grand jury of federal offense. I repeat 360-667-5950 contact me." Another scam! It almost makes you not want a phone today! I wish the government could catch these guys and put them in prison till they die!
Same recorded message as the others. My caller ID shows that the call originated in Battle Groun (short for Ground?) WA. Obviously a scam. I am so sick of these calls and wonder about all of the people who fall for these scams. I don't know why something can't be done to stop these criminals.
Good Ole Steve again. This is the 3rd call I've received threatening me with legal action. Really tired of these scams and wish something could be done.
