Left message claiming "second enforcement action" blah blah blah. CID comes up as Battle Ground, WA. Courts do not operate by calling people to appear from a garbled spoofed phone number. You must be properly served in writing, and communications will be in writing and there should be a valid phone number for a court of jurisdiction. In short, ignore these morons and block them.
My wife recieved a call from Steve today. I listened to the voicemail and immediately knew it was a scam. I personally know someone who unfortunately sent $50,000 to a scam similar to this. I feel so bad for those that fall for this crap!
receved call, man on recording said it was a call from Steve Underwood and this message is intended to contact you regarding an enforcement action bringing it to your attention and ignoring this will be n intentional second attempt to avoid an issue before a magistrate judge or a grand jury or federal offense.
