Left message claiming "second enforcement action" blah blah blah. CID comes up as Battle Ground, WA. Courts do not operate by calling people to appear from a garbled spoofed phone number. You must be properly served in writing, and communications will be in writing and there should be a valid phone number for a court of jurisdiction. In short, ignore these morons and block them.

My message was the same...down to the same muffled sounds and so forth. I have learned that important issues (IRS, legal, etc) are handled in writing. How do we stop this intimidation?
