Left message claiming "second enforcement action" blah blah blah. CID comes up as Battle Ground, WA. Courts do not operate by calling people to appear from a garbled spoofed phone number. You must be properly served in writing, and communications will be in writing and there should be a valid phone number for a court of jurisdiction. In short, ignore these morons and block them.
message on machine said it was a call from Steve Underwood and this message is intended to contact you regarding an enforcement action (then it was muffled sounding- U.S blah blah and then I could hear the message again) bringing it to your attention and ignoring this will be n intentional second attempt to avoid an issue before a magistrate judge or a grand jury or federal offense. I just got a voicemail from this caller. Saying the exact message that "tiredoftheliers" stated. I do not believe this is a valid call as I have not received anything in the mail about an issue. The voicemail started out muffled as well.
