Left message claiming "second enforcement action" blah blah blah. CID comes up as Battle Ground, WA. Courts do not operate by calling people to appear from a garbled spoofed phone number. You must be properly served in writing, and communications will be in writing and there should be a valid phone number for a court of jurisdiction. In short, ignore these morons and block them.
Just received a call from this number . Did not have a name on the ID on the call in just the number. Didn't answer it because of the area code. I checked the posts here and I'm glad I did.

Received another call from this number . It only rang 3 times. This time my telephone server call log came up with Battle Groun WA. I made sure I didn't answer
almost 12:00 a.m. May 27th. A recording so muffled I didn't know what he was saying but caught the word Magistrate? How can these people be caught. At that time of night it's just frightening to have the phone ring. Most of us would think something terrible had happened. What can we do?
