Left message claiming "second enforcement action" blah blah blah. CID comes up as Battle Ground, WA. Courts do not operate by calling people to appear from a garbled spoofed phone number. You must be properly served in writing, and communications will be in writing and there should be a valid phone number for a court of jurisdiction. In short, ignore these morons and block them.
This is a scam! Don't call back!! They will spoof your call and make it seem like the police is calling you! I talked to a detective and they are trying their best to get them! I hope one day karma bits them in the [***]!
Same call from "Steve Underwood". The number he leaves to call back is different from the number of the caller. When I googled the call back number (360-667-5990) a photo popped up on Flikr of five guys in a bar. . .one of them has to be the spammer/scammer.
Someone called me from this number claiming to be the US Dept of Treasury. They claimed I had a warrant out for my arrest and that they needed $4,900 in "back taxes" to prevent that from happening. Both men spoke with a thick south Asian accent.
My mother in law received the same voice mail from Steve Underwood. She gets a lot of scam calls because she speaks English as a second language and people then assume she'll be an easy target.
