Left message claiming "second enforcement action" blah blah blah. CID comes up as Battle Ground, WA. Courts do not operate by calling people to appear from a garbled spoofed phone number. You must be properly served in writing, and communications will be in writing and there should be a valid phone number for a court of jurisdiction. In short, ignore these morons and block them.
I received nearly an identical message on 5/27/16 around noon like the message described by "tiredoftheliars" above. Muffled portions of the voicemail and definitely a scam. I hope no one falls for this.
Oh my...the scammers are busy, aren't they??? I've gotten several messages of the same type as described above. I actually thought the name was Keith but that part of the message wasn't clear either. So irritating!
