It is Bank of America. The voicemail I received said my account had been compromised and to call the number on the back of my card. They did not leave a number to call. I did and was told yes, it was true. My account had been compromised and they had already mailed a new card to me.

My voicemail gets forwarded to my email so I was able to fast forward to the end of the recorded attachment and listen to the message. It seemed like a hangup at first, but after 55 seconds of silence, the recording stated that it was Bank Of America calling to confirm my recent changes have been completed and to call 866-518-1695 to confirm this. Since I did not make any recent changes with BOA, I called their fraud department to notify them. They said that if it was a phishing email that I should forward it to their abuse department but that since it was a phone call, to simply contact my local police department. Either way, this is clearly phishing. The real BOA phone numbers can be found in many places and neither of these numbers are among them despite the ID shown on this caller ID message.
DO NOT CALL THEM BACK and most definitly DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION no matter how much they already seem to know about you!!!
This is a security feature from Bank of America letting you know a change to your account has been made. If you didn't make any changes, CALL YOUR BANK YOU IGNORANT FOOLS! However you probably just changed your address or phone number online and forgot about it. This is NOT spam or telemarketing.
I received a call about fraud from this number. I immediately called the customer service line of BOA, and I was told that there was no such telephone number affiliated with BOA. If this persists, advice was to call the local police department.
