It is Bank of America. The voicemail I received said my account had been compromised and to call the number on the back of my card. They did not leave a number to call. I did and was told yes, it was true. My account had been compromised and they had already mailed a new card to me.
I actually did have a fraud claim with B of A and got the message saying the got my fraud claim form and no other actions were required and I did recently send in my fraud claim form. So either its legitimate or it just happened to be a strange coincidence that I got the call after having some actual fraud on my CC.
They just called me too. I didn't answer and let it go to voicemail. The voicemail said it was notifying me of the travel flag placed onto my account and gave me a phone number in case I had any problems while traveling. I did call B of A yesterday to place the travel flag in my account but just in case if I have any problems I'll call the B if A number on my card and not the number they provided. Seems like it could possibly be B of A?
