I received a call from this number. It was a genuine call from Charter (now Spectrum) from a automated system to confirm an appointment for a service technician to visit my home. It is not a scam.
MY cell phone is getting flooded by hangup calls from these clowns. Some say it's some screwed up company called Charter something or other. I've never had any kind of account or business or anything else with them and they certainly don't have any presence in this area. Scumbags.
This is legit. This is Charters auto system to notify you of your service call which is generally the next day. You will get one call the evening before and one the morning of to confirm before the tech is sent en route.
It is because like most people when a weird number pops up we check it. We end up here and find it's legit so might as well remind others that it is.
Shame that bothers you so much but I wonder why you waste your time reading about it and even more so why you wasted the time to complain about it instead of just going away. Does that not make you a shill too?
