I received a call from this number. It was a genuine call from Charter (now Spectrum) from a automated system to confirm an appointment for a service technician to visit my home. It is not a scam.
I just missed a call from this number. I have a service appt scheduled for tomorrow. Glad I looked it up and realized that is who it was. Now I can call to confirm my appt. which is very important to me. Obviously some people dont get it or could care less. If you dont have Charter cable phone or internet,then they somehow dialed the wrong number. Just forget about it they wont call you back over and over. Only twice.
YES THIS IS DEFINITELY CHARTER. I KEEP GETTING THESE CALLS ABOUT APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION BUT I DON'T HAVE CHARTER AND WHERE I LIVE CAN'T GET IT. I HAVE CALLED AND COMPLAINED BUT TO NO AVAIL THEY CONTINUE TO CALL AND LEAVE MESSAGES
It is Charter and not a scam. They just called me to comfirm a service appointment tomorrow. If you call the number back, you wil get their automated answering service.
