I had the same issue with Michael Montero very abusive and nasty. We agreed to settle a balance for August 22,2009 and I get a letter stateing that they will withdraw moies from my account on 7/22/09. This idiot straight out told me that oh! well this is the date so I told him that I will be canceling my checking acct. I was in good faith to pay my debt in august but then I get this wicked letter. Some thing has to me done with this guy Michael Montero. I bet this is not even his real name.
MRS. JENKINS from Central Credit Services called today to set up a payment plan for a Captial One credit card. The outstanding amount is $1386. The account was closed on Jan. 22, 2008. She did not verify my SS#, birthdate, or last name. SHE HAD THE WRONG NUMBER AND PERSON! We were on the phone for 14 minutes before I asked for a manager. When I called back to complain she said that she did not have time to verify my information then she disconnected the call.
caller said his name was Ben. He wanted to speak with a family member who has not lived here in several years. Ben would not give me his company name. He assured me he was not a credit caller. He lied by saying a claim was file against this person, he needed a statement and and details concerning the incident. Why lie??
Malisa rea called and said she was looking for a person with a different last name than ours and said she would keep calling untill I realize I was that person
A Joe Stevens called my office and claimed to be looking for a Joel Lee, whom he said worked for me. I do not have an employee named Joe or Joel Lee or anyone with the last name of Lee for that matter. He was very caustic and continued to asked questions about this non existent employee.
