I had the same issue with Michael Montero very abusive and nasty. We agreed to settle a balance for August 22,2009 and I get a letter stateing that they will withdraw moies from my account on 7/22/09. This idiot straight out told me that oh! well this is the date so I told him that I will be canceling my checking acct. I was in good faith to pay my debt in august but then I get this wicked letter. Some thing has to me done with this guy Michael Montero. I bet this is not even his real name.
I received a voice mail on my Tracfone 3/28/08. The female caller stated she was calling for Marcie, gave a file number, and said Marcie needed to call her immediately. She did not identify herself and my name is not Marcie. I ignored the message. On 4/1 I received another call on my Tracfone from the same number but the call disconnected after a few rings. The tracfone is not registered under any name so no idea how they got the number.
I continue to receive calls from creditors looking for a David Langford which is connected to my cell number. I have had this cell number for about 7 yrs and I've never heard of this gentleman though they think I'm hiding something. For all those creditors out there "I DON'T KNOW DAVID LANGFORD!!!!!"
This company has been calling for months. They are polite and I have informed them I do not know the person they are looking for. Last night I had four voicemails from them on my cell. This morning, I called Verizon to have my number changed. It's unfortunate that I had to change my number because they refused to note the account or chose to ignore the notes. I DON'T KNOW BLANCA!
