I had the same issue with Michael Montero very abusive and nasty. We agreed to settle a balance for August 22,2009 and I get a letter stateing that they will withdraw moies from my account on 7/22/09. This idiot straight out told me that oh! well this is the date so I told him that I will be canceling my checking acct. I was in good faith to pay my debt in august but then I get this wicked letter. Some thing has to me done with this guy Michael Montero. I bet this is not even his real name.
Calling several times a day. Never anyone to talk to. Finally talked to Mike Jones won't send anything by mail and will not give address to send cease and desirt notice too.Every time the direct calkler calls me I call him. He might get the message.

For whatever reason - this company has my work line on it's 'piss people off' list to call every five minutes. It's NOT EVEN 9AM on a Monday and they've already called TWICE ... say nothing ... and hang up. Assh*les!! How do I get this to stop???
