I had the same issue with Michael Montero very abusive and nasty. We agreed to settle a balance for August 22,2009 and I get a letter stateing that they will withdraw moies from my account on 7/22/09. This idiot straight out told me that oh! well this is the date so I told him that I will be canceling my checking acct. I was in good faith to pay my debt in august but then I get this wicked letter. Some thing has to me done with this guy Michael Montero. I bet this is not even his real name.
This Dan guy is a real tool. These idiots have been calling my daughters cell phone for months. I am trying to convince them I don't know the person they are looking for. I have a feeling this won't be easy. I have restricted the number on my daughters phone so she cannot call it, or answer it. But we keep getting voicemails ringing in all day and almost all of them is people yelling in the background. There has to be something I can do about this.

These people have been calling my home px for about 2 months. You would think they will stop after a week if no one answer. If this continue I thinking about calling att to stop service.
Calls several times a day. DAN calls and ask for me leaving a rude "Why wont your return my call. it is imperative that you call back, on and on..." Also get calls asking for a variation of a name of someone that does not live here, but had a partial name. IG Tom Jones asking for Tom Smith. DRIVING ME NUTS. The rudest call I have received.
HARRASSING. AGGRESSIVE AND RUDE. THE WORST CALL I HAVE RECEIVED FROM ANY "COLLECTIONS" AGENCY. THEY ASK FOR THE WRONG NAME, THEN SOMEONE ELSE CALLS WITH A FILE NUMBER. THE MESSAGE FROM DAN IS HARRASSING AND RUDE. THEY CALL, LEAVE NO MESSAGE THROUGH OUT THE DAY AND THEN WILL EVENTUALLY LEAVE A HARRASING MESSAGE.
