I had the same issue with Michael Montero very abusive and nasty. We agreed to settle a balance for August 22,2009 and I get a letter stateing that they will withdraw moies from my account on 7/22/09. This idiot straight out told me that oh! well this is the date so I told him that I will be canceling my checking acct. I was in good faith to pay my debt in august but then I get this wicked letter. Some thing has to me done with this guy Michael Montero. I bet this is not even his real name.

this guy called asking for robert de niro i hung up right away and he called back i told him i didnt have time for this hung up again and ignored the next 3 calls he made.
Someone from this number calls me almost daily. They started out calling our home phone and now are contacting my cell phone, which is not under my name, so I don't know how they're finding me. The thing is they won't even tell me who they are or what debt they're calling about. The guy called me a liar and I immediately handed my husband the phone who ripped him a new a#$@@^*. There is no reason for someone to call and harass someone like this. I am getting ready to contact an attorney regarding them.
