just received the identical call. Told caller I have many grandsons and tell me your first name. Caller hung up. Got to find a way of getting rid of these kinds of calls. Number is now blocked on my phone
caller said hi nana.....you won't recognize my voice because I have stitches in my face. I was hit by a woman that run the red light and I have a dislocated jaw...the cops took a breathalizer test and said I was over the limited and arrested me. I really need you to help me get bailed out ASAP. Please nana...I told him that I didn't/don't have any money as I don't get my soc sec check until next month..he said he would get it back to me right away. I told him to call his mother...he said no..because he is to embarrassed to call her....then I told him to call his other grandparents...then we got disconnected.
Received a call on Jan 4 from a young man who said he was my oldest grandson and he had been in an accident on the way home from Fargo and had six stitches in his upper lip and a broken nose. I quickly determined that my grandson would never have been in Fargo and told the caller so and hung up.

I received a call from this number this morning saying it was my grandson and had a car accident. Then a man saying that he was my grandson's lawyer and needed $1750. to get my grandson out of jail in OKC. Knew it was a scam from the start.
