Just recieved one of these from Eugene Baker claiming I owed $1400, except it came by email. Never had any loan with CashAdvance USA. They threatened me as if they were the law. Wrote me my rights in print as if they were arresting me. Fortunately, I have Legal Shield with fraud protection. This [***] better start running, because he is about to get mowed.
yep this is the same thing that happen to me.. they called me at work, thing is idk how they even got my info??? thats the worse part about it all.. they called from CA and FL #'s.. they should all burn in hell.. cause ya know some people fall for this crap!!!
Yes I received a call from them today and I laid something on there [***] they said that I owe a loan and I will be charged and arrested for fraud. I owe no loan they are crazy!!! They cannot even speak correct english! I am so tired of them; somehow they got a family member phone number and called them too. This is a scam just dont talk to them is best!! But I was so irritated today that I just had to tell them a thing or two.
I am too getting calls from this # as well as another law firm stating i did a cash advance online and they are taking me to court..the worst part is they have my cell phone and work # and the last four of my social. idont know how any of this started but i really wish it would stop...i feel so relieved to know it is a scam and i will not make anymore contact with them.
I work at the Anderson Firm in Miami, Fl. This is clearly a scam call. Our firm does not handle debt collections, nor do we call people and harass and verbally abuse them. We have asked law enforcement to look into this matter. I would highly recommend no one provides any information to these scam artists.
These scam artists seem to have a lot of peoples personal information. Should they call you and have your personal information, I would advise you contact your local authorities to file a report and protect your identity.
I was called from this Robert Johnson he had a case number and everything saying that I had a cash advance taken out in the amount of 300.00 in all actuality I am starting to think this is a scam. I gave them my debit card number and everything. I am going to fix them because i refuse to pay these people under false pretenses I am going to get me an attorney and sue their A**es it is not right for them to do this to people.
