Just recieved one of these from Eugene Baker claiming I owed $1400, except it came by email. Never had any loan with CashAdvance USA. They threatened me as if they were the law. Wrote me my rights in print as if they were arresting me. Fortunately, I have Legal Shield with fraud protection. This [***] better start running, because he is about to get mowed.
They have been calling me with different names since last year, got the last four digits of my SSN and they started back calling a month ago I *69 the number and one was from a majic jack line 646-727-9353 he said his name was JOsh Brown. Then they called back and said Lee ANderson 866-812-2623 calling about a loan from us cash advance. Do not verify any of your information with them it's the same [***] that been calling me since last year with a thick indian accent.
I received a telephone call from this number at work. Same Indian accent, different phone number. He stated his name was Chris Hill, calling from the Anderson Law Firm and that I needed to return his phone call, which I will not do.
He stated there is a lawsuit against my name and social. It was imperative that I call him or I would be arrested. Whatever!!! I have checked my credit report within the last few days and there seems to be no derogatory information shown. These people call my job at least 2-3 times per week. I have reported them to the FBI and they just seem to use a different number each time.
Do not call them back. They cannot even speak good, standard English. Then, he had the nerve to tell me to have a nice day, at the end of the call. SICKOS. Do not call these people back unless you can dish out the same smack, and give them a dose of their own meds.
yah these gys are so full of it they keep calling my husband and saying we havent gotten i n touch with thenm so a sherriff willl show up at our door same old thing and no one i mean no one can do that to u i checked the laws they have to send u documentation and arrange to make up a payment scheldule to get it paid off so this is such a scam its not even funny i wish one of these days someone does it to these gys and see how they like it ..
Called me at 6:00 a.m. this morning from 786-275-5039, but left a message to return the call to 866-812-2623. This time he is using the name William Hunt. He has an extremely thick India accent and I could barely understand him. He's broken numerous debt collection laws (calling at 6:00 a.m. and calling non-stop. Can you say harrassment)? He's a SCAMMER! Same script "you or your retained attorney need to return my call as soon as possible. The issue at hand is extremely time sensitive. Now, if you don't return the call or I don't hear from your attorney either (or as he pronounces it..edher), then all he can do is wish me good luck as the situation unfolds upon me". I pray that something unfolds upon or falls on him. He's a complete joke!
The same jerk has been calling me for about a year now. Heavy Indian accent voice. Puts someone else on the phone too. There are so many American names that they have given me. They tell me that there is a lawsuit against for taking out a loan at Cash Advance and never paying back. I have never taken a loan out at Cash Advance. I really get into it with the guy that always goes and of course he gives up and hangs up on me. Unfortunately, they have my social security number. They have my address too.
