Just recieved one of these from Eugene Baker claiming I owed $1400, except it came by email. Never had any loan with CashAdvance USA. They threatened me as if they were the law. Wrote me my rights in print as if they were arresting me. Fortunately, I have Legal Shield with fraud protection. This [***] better start running, because he is about to get mowed.
I get theses calls every month @ four to five times. I'm glad to hear that I was correct in thinking that these calls where scams. I don't give them any information, I always refer them to the Attorney General office. The calls are always from someone with a strong middle eastern accent. I really don't feel anyone should have to deal with this ignorance.
I agree. I have gottent the same call from Victor Williams at 786-275-5039, Anderson Law Firm. I wish someone would do something about these people. DO NOT CALL THEM BACK AT ALL!
I have had the same thing happen to me so what I did was call them 500 times in the last few days. They will call and mess with u but they hate it when u call them back and harass them. Good luck and have fun with it I have
These same [***] called my SON to tell him that I would be arrested for fraud because of a loan that wasn't paid back that I never took to begin with!

Why can't something be done to shut them down - they call me 5 or 6 times a day and where in
Zeus's eyeballs do they get all that personal information?

ON 7/13 2011 AND 7/14/2011 I received a several calls from Andersen Law firm Ross or Rock Murphy and today 7/16/2011 Mr Johnson a different number 626 area code. They tell me i owed $750 dollars from a pay day loan Cash Advance America, which i have never purchased. Immediately, i laugh in his face and told him i will get my lawyers he said i don't want to talk to you these guys are scammers big time i hope they all go to jail. They had my 4 digits SS AND EMPLOYMENT AND said i will be getting a lawsuit against me they was asking for money be careful everybody. I TALK TO A LAWYER SHE TOLD ME IF THEY SEND ANYTHING WE WILL LOOK AT IT CLOSELY. i also filed with the FBI
